Meet Andrea

Hi, my name is Andrea. I’m originally from Austria, a country known for its mountains, strong coffee and one very famous fitness legend. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Behavior Change Specialist with a deep passion for strength training, HIIT and personal transformation.

For more than 10 years, fitness has been my safe space. What started as a way to change my body has become something much deeper: a way to reconnect with myself, build inner strength and create a healthier relationship with fitness.

Self Love Lifts was created from this journey. It is a space for women who want to feel strong, supported and at home in their bodies.

My Story

From Chasing Results to Finding Self-Love

Like many women, I started my fitness journey wanting to look different. I wanted to fit in, follow trends and feel accepted. Over time, my self-worth became closely tied to my appearance and how much I could train.

In 2018, I began to focus more deeply on personal development and spirituality. During that time, I was also stuck in a toxic relationship. The more I learned about myself, the more I realized how unhappy I truly was. Leaving that relationship became the beginning of my own self-love journey.

Step by step, I learned to show up for myself, face my fears and get to know myself on a deeper level. Fitness remained my anchor through it all.

Then my biggest fear became real. An accident left me immobile for half a year. Until then, I thought I already loved myself enough. But I realized that my self-love was still conditional. It depended on looking good, feeling strong and being able to keep up with the version of myself I thought I had to be.

Looking back, that accident became a turning point. It taught me that fitness is so much more than looking good. It showed me how to love myself from the inside out and how to see my body as something to respect, listen to and work with, instead of something to fight against.

Self Love Lifts was born from the belief that fitness should feel empowering, not punishing.

I wanted to create a safe space for women that feels different from the fitness world many of us grew up with. A space where women lift each other up, support one another and are celebrated for who they are, not for what they look like.

My coaching approach combines strength training, behavior change and self-love. It is designed to help you build a stronger body, but also a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

Because we are so much more than our bodies. And our bodies are not something we need to change in order to be worthy. They are our home.
