Self Love Evolution is my 8 week transformation program for women who want to feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to themselves. In this journey, I support you physically and mentally through a powerful combination of fitness, self love work, and personalized guidance.

Self Love Evolution is designed for women who are ready for deeper change. This program is about more than workouts and more than mindset alone. It is about creating a transformation that helps you feel stronger in your body, more consistent in your habits, and more connected to yourself.
Over the course of 8 weeks, we alternate between personal training and self love sessions, so each week you are supported either physically or mentally. Personal training helps you build strength and confidence, while self love sessions help you build trust and a deeper relationship with yourself.
This journey gives you structure, accountability, and support, so you are not doing it alone. Step by step, we build the version of you that feels strong, grounded, and fully supported.

Inside Self Love Evolution, I combine personalized fitness, self love work, and ongoing support to help you create real change over 8 weeks.
4 Personal Training Sessions
In each 60 minute personal training session, I help you build strength, improve your confidence, and make progress in a way that feels tailored to your body and your goals.

Bi Weekly Check Ins
Every other week, I check in on you to keep you supported, consistent, and moving forward. Along the way, you will receive a personalized training program, while we alternate weekly between Personal Training to build strength and confidence, and Self Love Sessions to build trust and connection with yourself.
4 Self Love Sessions
These in person self love 50 minute sessions are designed to help you deepen self trust, self connection, and emotional support throughout your journey.
4 Self Love Worksheets
Each worksheet helps you reflect more deeply, integrate what we work on together, and continue your growth between sessions.

Glute focused support
Each personal training session includes a thoughtful glute focus to help you build strength, move with more intention, and feel more supported in your body.
I guide you through effective exercises and techniques in a way that feels encouraging, realistic, and aligned with your journey. This added focus supports both your physical progress and the confidence you build along the way.

You can book your first personal training session online. After your first appointment, I will personally schedule the remaining sessions with you, so everything works with your routine, your goals, and your daily life.
